We invite you to join us in quiet meditation. All are welcome. You do not have to be a member of St. John's to attend.
What is meditation? It is a way to quiet your body, thoughts and feelings and perhaps learn to acquire a sense of peace and serenity.
St John's offers meditation in conjunction with Tri-State Dharma every Tuesday morning from 10am to 1pm. We do alternate sitting and walking meditation until noon and then listen to a dharma talk on tape while eating our lunch. All are welcome. Meditators may come for the whole or part of the time as convenient. We meet in the Wells room (up the stairs from the back door). For information contact Nina Tolley or the church office @ 961-1938.
