General Information About Renting Space at St. John's

If you are interested in renting space at St. John's please contact the Office Administrator at 513-961-1938 to verify availability of the space and time that you want. When you have decided on the space, check again with the Office Administrator to obtain the total cost of rental, sign the contract, etc.

When renting space at St. John's, the total amount due is the sum of the applicable rental fees for the spaces used, the custodial fees, the security deposit (required), and the sound system charge if the sound system will be used. Note that members of St. John's receive discounted rates for certain spaces and events.

Please read carefully the Building User Contract, which spells out the conditions of the rental, including that the building must be vacated no later than midnight. You can download a copy of the Building Use Contract here.
